Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We came to Bali for a special vacation expecting to relax, but instead dealt with one issue after another. Upon arrival, the villa had a door that could not close properly, allowing mosquitoes, insects and lizards inside. We left without even spending a night there and were relocated to another villa. During the rest of our stay, we experienced a water interruption, a complete electricity outage, and a master bedroom window with no curtain or blind. We also found an exposed LPG cylinder in the kitchen, which reflected poorly on the overall facility management and attention to detail. To be fair, the staff were responsive and tried to resolve the issues whenever contacted. However, guests should not have to repeatedly report problems involving basic necessities. Overall, the property needs much better inspection, maintenance and quality control before guests arrive.
