It started with one project that sold out in months
Yolla began in 2022 with a single development in Bingin: 50 villas that sold out in three to four months. That pace told the founders something, and a second 50-villa project followed in Nyang Nyang, one of the Bukit's most promising corners.
Today Yolla has built more than 100 villas across Uluwatu, Bingin, and Nyang Nyang, and grown into one company that handles the whole lifecycle of a Bali villa. We develop in the Bukit's fastest-moving areas, sell to international buyers with our own legal counsel at the table, and manage the property long after you own it.
Most agencies hand you off the moment the contract is signed. A separate builder, a separate manager, a chain of referrals, each taking a cut and pointing fingers when something goes wrong. Yolla is one organization. There is no gap between buying and earning.

Bogdan founded Yolla in 2022 and still sets its vision and strategy. Always chasing good waves and good investments, he built Yolla to be a community as much as a company: a place where people invest in Uluwatu alongside people they trust.
Nora is most buyers' and owners' first point of contact. A real estate enthusiast who lives under the palm trees and runs on green smoothies and sunset walks, she keeps every deal moving and every client looked after.

An artist by passion and an agent by profession, Ana brings creativity to every deal. When she isn't matching buyers to villas, she is on the tennis court or watching the sun go down off the Uluwatu cliffs.

Frans leads Yolla's development arm, taking projects from land through design and construction to handover.
Elyes runs the management side, overseeing the villas Yolla operates across Uluwatu and making sure every owner's property is well run and every guest well looked after.
