What does it cost?
Management is a straightforward share of rental revenue, agreed before we start. No setup fees and no markup on maintenance. We'll give you the exact figure for your villa when we talk.
Can I still use my villa?
Of course. Block the dates you want and we work around them. Peak-season personal use costs more in lost income than shoulder season, and our calculator shows you the trade-off.
How do I know what it's earning?
A full financial report every month: gross revenue, costs, and net income, line by line.
What about the legal side of renting?
Short-term rental villas need banjar (community) permits and the right paperwork. We handle that as part of onboarding.
