Do you only build your own projects?
No. We build for private clients, and we take on commercial projects: hotels, F&B, retail, and offices.
Can you handle the land and the legals too?
Yes. We can take it from land acquisition through permits and construction to handover, with our in-house legal team on the paperwork.
Is there a warranty?
Yes: 5 years on the structure and 2 years on finishing.
How long does a villa take to build?
Typically 10 to 12 months, depending on size and site.
