I would like to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation to Faris and Fais for their incredible help, cooperation, and prompt response to all of our requests. They were always so helpful and attentive, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso. La villa è stupenda, esattamente come nelle foto, curata nei minimi dettagli e soprattutto pulitissima.

Fin dal primo momento tutto lo staff è stato gentilissimo, disponibile e velocissimo nel rispondere a qualsiasi nostra richiesta o domanda. Ci siamo sentiti davvero seguiti e accolti durante tutto il soggiorno.

Un ringraziamento speciale a Fais, che è stato eccezionale anche quando ci siamo accorti di aver dimenticato il drone. Si è subito attivato per aiutarci e ha organizzato personalmente la consegna fino al nostro hotel successivo. Un gesto davvero gentilissimo e per nulla scontato, che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo.

Esperienza davvero ottima sotto ogni punto di vista. Consigliamo assolutamente questa villa a chi viene a Bali. 5 stelle meritatissime! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This villa is stunning and perfect!! We couldn’t of asked for a nicer, more clean with all the facilities plus more. It has a hot and cold water filter machine for drinking and water filters on the showers, the place was immaculate I can’t rave about this place enough. We will definitely be back, thank you so much to the Yolla staff, and especially to Fais and Faris for your care and kind hospitality! 🥹🥹

I could not recommend my stay with Yolla enough!! The villa is even more beautiful than the photos, but the real stand out is the amazing staff especially Fais, Faris and Ockie! They were all so friendly and responsive, and made my stay completely stress free :) The location is also perfect, really quiet at night but close and convenient to everything.

What time is the Check-in policy?

We have on-site staff to help with the check-in process. Our standard check-in time is at 2:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 11:00 am while we are getting your villa ready. As our team does not stand by the villa all the time, there will be a security team to assist you if you arrive late.

What time is the check-out policy?

Our default check-out time is at 11:00 am. Late check-out is subject to availability and is charged extra. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you can ask our team to keep it too.

Do you offer Groceries / pre-stocking at the villa?

We can assist in buying you groceries and pre-stock the fridge before your arrival. However, there will be an additional service and delivery charge. Please let our host know one day in advance.

They will help you purchase the freshest ingredients in the market and prepare them at the villa.

Do we have a housekeeping service every day?

Our housekeeping service is available every day from 9 am until 5 pm. To respect every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with our team for the time you need the villa to be cleaned.

Can we have extra clean towels?

We can get you an extra towel depending on availability.

What is the maximum occupancy for each villa? Can I have extra beds?

The maximum capacity is 2 people in each room, and 1 additional guest (children more than 5 years old count as adults). The extra guest fee would be IDR 350,000/night/person. An extra bed is provided upon request.

No-smoking policy

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, smoking (cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes, shisha) is prohibited indoors and on balconies. Please use designated outdoor areas only. Smoking near furniture or wooden structures is strictly forbidden due to fire safety risks.

Violations may incur deep-cleaning fees of $100 or one night's accommodation cost. Use of illegal substances will result in immediate removal without refund.
