Who we are
This site is run by PT Yolla Investment Group ("Yolla Bali", "we"), based in Pecatu on Bali's Bukit peninsula. If you have a question about your data, email sales@yollabali.com.
What we collect, and when
- When you contact us or join the list. Our enquiry and newsletter forms take your name, email, and message. They are handled by FormSubmit, a third-party form service, which passes them to our inbox. We use them to reply and, if you opted in, to send the occasional update.
- When you allow analytics. If you accept the cookie banner, Google Analytics and the Meta pixel set cookies that help us understand traffic and measure our ads. Decline and the site works exactly the same, without them.
- When you message us on WhatsApp. Tapping a WhatsApp link opens a chat with our team on WhatsApp (owned by Meta). That conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own terms, not this site.
We do not take payments on this site. Stays are booked through our partners' systems and villa purchases are handled directly with our team, under separate agreements.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to remember your consent choice. Analytics and marketing cookies load only after you accept them, and you can change your mind at any time by clearing the site's cookies.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. It passes only through the services that make the site work: FormSubmit (form delivery), Google (analytics), Meta (pixel and WhatsApp), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data under its own policy.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal data we hold, or unsubscribe from updates at any time. Email sales@yollabali.com and we will act on it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to help you, and newsletter details until you unsubscribe.
