Listings, prices, and figures
Prices, availability, sizes, lease terms, and any return or occupancy figures are indicative and can change. We confirm the real numbers for a specific property in writing before anything is agreed. Photography is representative of the property or its development.
Bookings and purchases
Short stays are booked through our partners' booking systems and any listed travel platforms, under their terms. Buying, selling, or managing a villa happens under separate written agreements with our team, with due diligence handled by in-house legal counsel.
Our content
The text, photography, and design on this site belong to Yolla Bali or are used with permission. Please do not reuse them without asking us first.
Links to other sites
Where we link out (WhatsApp, booking platforms, social media), those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.
Liability
We keep this site accurate and available as best we can, but we cannot promise it is complete or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indonesian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
