Het was mooi een verblijf, de villa was prachtig en super privé. Alles was mooi en netjes onderhouden.
Helaas hebben meermaals meegemaakt dat de waterdruk eruit lag, waardoor douchen of toiletteren niet mogelijk was. Daarnaast hebben we op onze laatste nacht stroomuitval ervaren en geen water. Hierdoor konden we onze laatste avond niet helemaal zoals voorspeld afsluiten.
Verder was de communicatie top. Mocht het stroom het hebben gedaan, en de watertoevoer goed was, had ik 5 sterren gegeven.
Leider war direkt in der Nachbarschaft eine große Baustelle und den ganzen Tag war es sehr laut, so dass man den Außenbereich des Hauses eigentlich nicht nutzen konnte. Wenn der Baulärm nicht wäre, wäre es traumhaft.
Expérience extrêmement décevante. Le principal problème est le chantier littéralement collé à la villa, juste devant la piscine et le salon : pelleteuse, découpe de métal, travaux et nuisances sonores importantes parfois dès 8h du matin. Impossible de profiter normalement de la villa ou de se reposer. Plus grave encore, nous n’avions aucune intimité : des ouvriers travaillaient en hauteur avec une vue directe sur la piscine et les espaces de vie. La poussière et les saletés liées au chantier étaient également très présentes. L’annonce évoquait seulement des « travaux dans la région » et de possibles « bruits occasionnels ». Cela ne reflète absolument pas la réalité d’un chantier directement accolé à la villa. Nous n’aurions jamais réservé si la situation avait été présentée clairement. Malgré nos réclamations pendant et après le séjour, aucune compensation ne nous a été accordée à ce jour. Nous sommes très déçus, tant par les conditions du séjour que par la gestion de notre réclamation
Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette villa ! Elle est située dans un environnement très calme, tout en étant particulièrement pratique pour profiter du quartier de Bingin. La maison était parfaitement propre et totalement conforme aux photos elle était même encore mieux en réalité. Comme on peut le voir sur les photos, la piscine n’est pas très grande, mais elle est vraiment très agréable : elle est ensoleillée tout l’après-midi, ce qui est assez rare dans ce type de villa, et l’eau était plutôt chaude. Nous avons donc énormément profité de l’espace extérieur ! Toute l’équipe était également formidable : la communication était simple et rapide, et l’équipe de ménage était adorable et très efficace. Une excellente expérience du début à la fin. Nous reviendrions avec grand plaisir et recommandons cette villa sans hésiter !
Such a great stay! Great location, with a short moped into town or you can even walk! Nice and cosy villa to kick back at during the day or night. We loved our stay and would highly recommend staying here again when we return to Ulu!

We have on-site staff to help with the check-in process. Our standard check-in time is at 2:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 11:00 am while we are getting your villa ready. As our team does not stand by the villa all the time, there will be a security team to assist you if you arrive late.
Our default check-out time is at 11:00 am. Late check-out is subject to availability and is charged extra. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you can ask our team to keep it too.
We can assist in buying you groceries and pre-stock the fridge before your arrival. However, there will be an additional service and delivery charge. Please let our host know one day in advance.
They will help you purchase the freshest ingredients in the market and prepare them at the villa.
Our housekeeping service is available every day from 9 am until 5 pm. To respect every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with our team for the time you need the villa to be cleaned.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, smoking (cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes, shisha) is prohibited indoors and on balconies. Please use designated outdoor areas only. Smoking near furniture or wooden structures is strictly forbidden due to fire safety risks.
Violations may incur deep-cleaning fees of $100 or one night's accommodation cost. Use of illegal substances will result in immediate removal without refund.
