PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS ONGOING CONSTRUCTION IN THE AREA . The villa may experience some noise as a result of the surrounding environment (construction activities). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding, as this is beyond our control. To ensure fairness, our current rates have been thoughtfully adjusted to reflect this situation. As such, concerns related to noise will not be eligible for additional refunds or discounts. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Being a tropical paradise, it's quite common to encounter unique wildlife in Bali, from geckos and birds to various insects. These creatures are harmless and simply a natural part of daily life in the region.
A: We have onsite staff to help with the check-in process. Our standard check-in time is at 2:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 11:00 am while we are getting your villa ready. As our team does not stand by the villa all the time, there will be a security team to assist you if you arrive late.
A: Our default check-out time is at 11:00 am. Late check-out is subject to availability and charged extra. Please note that for any late check-out between 12:00 pm – 18:00 pm, there's an additional charge of 50% from the daily rate. Any check-out after 17:00 pm will be charged at full-day rate.If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you can ask our team to keep it too.
