Open the doors to get some cool ocean breeze throughout or shut the doors and chill out in the air-conditioned living room. The pool and garden are totally private. We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The property is exactly as pictured in the listing. It’s beautiful, well-maintained, spacious, and just as inviting in person. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the villa really lived up to our expectations.

The host was very communicative and responsive throughout our stay, and the location was easy to find.

We did have a small issue when the key accidentally broke inside the lock, but the team responded promptly and came over to assist us. They managed to resolve everything within half an hour, which we really appreciated. It was reassuring to know that help was readily available when needed.

Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily return for another stay!

Such a beautiful villa. We loved staying here and the pool was perfect. Beds were comfy and very spacious villa. Yolla was very prompt with any issues or questions we had. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Yolla Hospitality in Uluwatu! We were 4 guests in the villa, and the place was spacious, beautifully designed, and had so many nice details. I especially loved the sunken living room it made the villa feel extra cozy and perfect for a staycation or bonding with friends.

I also really appreciated the espresso machine with pods provided and refilled. Such a nice touch for coffee lovers! The staff were also very kind and helpful whenever we needed anything.

There were just a couple of very minor things. The aircon in our room wasn’t as cold as we expected, but it wasn’t a big deal. The daily minibar checking was also a little inconvenient since they would message us to ask if they could check it, perhaps a deposit system and checking at checkout would be easier.

Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place!

What time is the Check-in policy?

We have onsite staff to help with the check-in process. Our standard check-in time is at 2:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 11:00 am while we are getting your villa ready. As our team does not stand by the villa all the time, there will be a security team to assist you if you arrive late.

What time is the check-out policy?

Our default check-out time is at 11:00 am. Late check-out is subject to availability and charged extra. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you can ask our team to keep it too.

Do you offer Groceries / pre-stocking at the villa?

We can assist in buying you groceries and pre-stock the fridge before your arrival. However, there will be an additional charge for service and delivery charge. Please let our host know one day in advance.

They will help you purchase the freshest ingredients in the market and prepare them at the villa.

Do we have a housekeeping service every day?

Our housekeeping service is available every day from 9 am until 5 pm. To respect every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with our team for the time you need the villa to be cleaned.

Can we have extra clean towels?

We can get you an extra towel depending on availability.

What is the maximum occupancy for each villa? Can I have extra beds?

The maximum capacity is 2 people in each room, and 1 additional guest (children more than 5 years old count as adults). The extra guest fee would be IDR 350,000/night/person. An extra bed is provided upon request.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, smoking (cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes, shisha) is prohibited indoors and on balconies. Please use designated outdoor areas only. Smoking near furniture or wooden structures is strictly forbidden due to fire safety risks.

Violations may incur deep-cleaning fees of $100 or one night's accommodation cost. Use of illegal substances will result in immediate removal without refund.
